This is so simple to use, easy to remove the lollies and equally as easy to clean. It's great for small batch, I make up 2L of my favourite ice cream, fruit mix or whatever and I know that it will make me 20 professional looking lollies. The only fiddly bit is making sure you get the lolly sticks lined up properly, but with a bit of practice this becomes a straight forward process. When your batch is fully frozen, immerse the wholy unit in COLD water for a few seconds to release the lollies, then pull gently to get them out individually. I then place them on a sheet and back into the freezer to solidify before packaging. As you can see, they look fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and so glad I didn't go with the cheaper units on offer.

With this popsicle maker I have made mango/coconut pops, peanut butter banana pops, cranberry/apple pops, elderberry/hibiscus pops, calamondin cream pops, cherry cream cordial pops, and blueberry buttermilk cream pops. If someone has one pop, they usually ask for a second when they finsh.
I expect that this popsicle maker will be stainless steel shiny and perfectly usable for years. There are sharp edges on the device, on the bottom and other places, but this is a commercial level device, not a toy for kids. Use it to create unheard of, flawless, frozen treats to delight and surprise your family and friends, for years.
